The Classes

The classes have been designed for age-appropriateness (2-12 year olds) and reviewed by a qualified and accredited exercise professional and psychologist. KineticKids combines multi sports as well as mental wellness providing a holistic approach to developing children. Skills include:

• Gross and fine motor skills

• Balance

• Hand-eye coordination

• Strength

• Listening

• Cooperation

• Team building

• Meditation

• Relaxation

Community class duration is 45 mins. Early childhood education centre class duration is 30 mins. Caregiver/Parents are encouraged to participate with 2-5 year olds. To encourage independence, caregivers/parents are requested to observe only for the 5-10 year group.

The Trainers

​

All our trainers have successfully completed the KineticKids coaching course and are certified KineticKids trainers. They all possess a Working with Children blue card, as well as senior first aid. Our trainers undergo regular professional development to ensure the most current teaching methods are applied to provide fun age appropriate developmental skills to your child.

Facilities

KineticKids takes pride in its programs and professionalism and all facilities have toilet amenities, air-conditioning or fans and parking available for your comfort and convenience.

Prices

​

Community classes: There is a one-off $27 joining fee that provides your child with their own KineticKids cool flow uniform shirt. Class prices are $18/lesson with a free trial class for new members. A 5% price reduction is provided for siblings. 

​

Childcare classes:  $12/lesson. A 5% discount is provided for siblings.

​

KineticKids offers one make-up lesson per child per term for single missed lessons. This make-up lesson may be made at any of our locations with request. Please note, payments are non-refundable. For more information please contact us or see our policy page.
