KineticKids was founded in early 2017 and established to provide a fun environment that supports the development of children's physical and mental health. It is important for children to establish healthy practices early in life. In Australia, only one-third of children meet the recommended physical activity guidelines for good health. One in four children are over-weight or obese. Additionally, almost one in seven children have been diagnosed as having a mental disorder (such as ADHD, anxiety or depression). Our vision is to provide physical as well as mindfulness activities for young children aged 2-10 years of age to lay the foundations of their future wellness.
